Westland Lock & Key

Dennis came out to my business a couple weeks ago to repair a broken lock on one of our doors. After he was finished, we showed him another lock that was mostly working but giving us problems and he was able to return another time and repair that one as well. Both times he was professional, timely, and very easy to work with. He even offered some insight on an issue we were having with one of our other doors when he was finished! Westland Lock and Key’s customer service has been top notch and I will continue to use and recommend them for any lock or key need in the future!

I needed a spare car key for my 2006 Toyota and I went to Lowe’s to Go to the minute key kiosk and for some reason that kiosk was having trouble making me a new key (Even though I have no chip and put in all the information correctly) plus it wanted $75 for a new key. I decided my next option was gonna be a locksmith and so I came to this place and they had made me a new key in less than five minutes and it works perfectly. It was also only $10 which I was so surprised by, since I was about to pay $75 at a kiosk, but they did say I was lucky since I have no chip in my key. Thank you so much you guys! You saved me from a task that felt annoying and made it so smooth. I will tell people to come here.

I needed a battery replaced in my car key fob. In and out in five minutes and a very reasonable cost. The two ladies behind the counter were so friendly and left a smile on my face that lasted the rest of the day.
