I have done business w/Dana for years and whole heartedly recommend his service and tremendous skillset. I've given him some challenges including trying to duplicate a round key that went to an auxilary fuel tank on a truck I purchased in which the key had been lost. He had it done while I waited. Maybe 20 minutes (cause I was talking with him too much). He loves his customers & will do you right!!!
Totally satisfied, I ordered a resistor key for 98 Buick off eBay. All I needed was it cut, I went to ace the guy freaks out wouldn't touch it. He says it's against the rules if he destroys my key he can't be liable. Went to A-1 ...guy cuts my key in less than 2 minutes for under $6. Works perfectly, highly recommend these guys know what they're doing.
In-store location is good. Calling them out is a waste of time. Had a commercial lock jam up, younger guy came out, said it was fixed and left. I had a renter meeting him and he said he never saw a locksmith. He tried the door within an hour and called and told me it still didn’t work. Called the store back, they said they would send someone back out. No one showed up. I called again later, arranged a third time and no one showed up. I give up. I’ll start using another company.
Sent someone right out to repair door lock! Very nice, knowledgable guy! And he was able to make a sensible repair… much more reasonable than another quote I got! High Fives… I’d definitely recommend !
