My friend was locked out of her house due to a faulty deadbolt. Action Locksmith's employee, Diego, came out on a Sunday evening within 45 minutes. Then, after a few minutes he found out how to get her back into her condo! Diego was friendly and cheerful, thoughtful and kind. I was there with my friend and she was very satisfied with the service Diego provided.

Anytime I need some new locks or keys - Action is my go to. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently needed some new locks as well as a lock keyed to match and a backup vehicle key. They were quick to help me and get all the things I needed on my list. I sent family there a few days later to get a key made for the original trunk lock on a 1950 Dodge. I highly recommend them anytime you need locks, keys or anything related.

Excellent customer service. Plus they actually know what they are doing. I went for a replacement key using a replacement key for the key to copy. The guy inside the store over heard me saying my key was having issues from another store . He immediately says I know what's wrong. Looked up my key code. Examined the key I brought in and noticed it was worn down over time. He Cut me a fresh key on the house to go along with the ones I purchased. The one he cut works like butter no more snags.
