Chris was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. he was able to repair my broken car door lock (someone tried to break into my car and jammed the lock) without having to order expensive replacement parts. would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of an expert locksmith. Note their new location address as they are no longer located within the South Everett Fred Meyer - they're now on Everett Mall Pkwy
I need to have some commercial deadbolts rekeyed and keys made and he came out the same day, exactly when he estimated, understood exactly what I needed and got to work quickly. The price was good and disclosed upfront, he is kind and efficient and theo whole experience was great! Thanks!!
Chris was so, so, so nice and respectful and arrived and worked very quickly. He did a great job replacing a lock for us and was able to fit it to an existing key. I would hire Chris again for sure! 10/10
