Eric did a great job replacing my car door lock after a break in and working through sourcing the part which was a bit complicated. He was responsive, upfront on pricing, and completed the repair super quick once on site. I was really impressed with his attention to customer service, which is getting rarer these days. Eric from Everblue was a lifesaver. I’m a real estate agent and I had a listing with locks that were constantly getting stuck. I showed up to my listing and the locks wouldn’t even turn anymore. I was stuck outside and called Everblue. Eric was in the area, near a hardware store, picked up a doorknob and deadbolt set, and then was able to get me into my listing. From the phone call to the lock being fully installed, it took about 1 hour total. The cost was totally reasonable and Eric was very friendly, greeting the buyers at the open house while installing the locks on the front door. What could have been a disastrous day turned out ok because of Eric. Highly recommend them!

I called Eric about a key program for an older car. He quoted me over the phone and beat the snout out of the dealership. I took it to him because I could tell over the phone that Eric had first hand experience and I was not dealing with an answering or 3rd party service.
Eric did exactly what he said and the price was the same as well. Hard to find service like this these days. I liked it so much I’m sending my son in today to get a back up key fob programmed as well.
