Orem Lock

I called multiple places before calling Orem Lock. All the other prices had terrible communication. They would not provide a quote or eta. One other came out and quoted $300 plus to drill out to the lock or $225-$275 to break open the door. They did not bother to try anything and just demanded money. Orem Lock was the only who asked for an image of the lock so they could be prepared. Their tech called with eta, proceeded to do his best in picking the lock on high quality lock for an hour before deciding it would be best to drill out the chamber. Within an hour they had someone come out with the correct part needed and new keys plus spares all under $225. They make the other companies look like complete scams. Could not recommend them enough!!!!!

Came in at 3:30 on a Saturday when they closed at 4. I was greeted, I asked if I could get a key fob replacement and the guy mentioned at the desk that they are a bit pricey for my specific car model and he then gave a call to his manager I suppose who then had a universal remote for way way less price. That and a new spare key was done in less than 15 minutes total and I left super happy. Key fob is a Christmas gift for my husband. It was nice to hear my cars chirp again!!!!

Dave and his team from Orem Lock are the best! They have helped us add locks, replace locks and even open a broken safe!
They’re professional, helpful and communicative. We’ve always been satisfied with the work they have done and they’re my go to locksmith if I ever run into troubles. I couldn’t recommend them more!
