Pronto Lock & Key

Came to our rescue when we lost our keys at the water park! We were even able to schedule them to meet us at the time we were planning to leave. Great service!

Lost the keys for a 2006 Kia Spectra and it sat on my driveway for months. Finally got some extra cash and gave Pronto a call. They had a tech at my house within an hour. Once he arrived, I had a brand new set of keys within 15 minutes. The whole process was very easy and convenient, but I did not like the price. $330 for a car that old with a basic key is outrageous! My fault for not shopping around, but I doubt they’d offer a quote beforehand, wouldn’t be good for business I imagine.

I had accidentally lost my key over the spring break, gave them a call. They were able to get back to me quickly and get my car re-keyed before I went to work. Affordable price and John was really helpful. Will call again in the future.

Thankfully I had this service come out when no one else wanted to help until a weekday and when he did come he was very helpful on explaining the process and price! Price is very for being last minute on a weekend in the middle of downtown. I’d definitely use again and recommend!
