I have been using RBD Lock and Alarm for 40 years. That's right-- 40 years! Through several stores, offices, apartments, bad boyfriends and more in downtown NYC and Brooklyn now, they've changed or installed my locks and each has never needed a repair or broken once (even though I've had to have them change the cylinder because of a guy I no longer wanted to have the key). They're reasonable- done right, done fast- and reliable as can be. I won't go anywhere else for lock installation.
