Fast response time. Called for lockout service and came in an hour. Took 15min to get me inside my apsrtment. Paid and they were on their way. Life saving company, thank you Daniel and to all the guys that work here at Charles
Sonny is a lifesaver! I got locked out of my place late at night, and he came to the rescue faster than I could have hoped—he honestly answered quicker than 9-1-1! Despite the urgency, Sonny handled the situation with skill and care. He managed to get me back inside without damaging the door, although he did need to drill through the cylinder. Luckily, he came prepared with a spare cylinder and installed it on the spot at a very reasonable price.
I’m incredibly thankful for his professionalism and quick response during such a stressful situation. Sonny’s expertise and calm demeanor made all the difference. If you’re ever in need of locksmith services, especially in an emergency, I can’t recommend Sonny and Charles Locksmith highly enough!
