Wonderful experience with fantastic customer service! Richard was professional, experienced and a perfectionist. He was on time, explained our options and then went out of his way to be sure he installed just the right door knob hardware to match our existing locks, (even tho we told him it didn't matter to us, as long as it worked). We highly recommend Epsteins to anyone looking for excellent locksmith service at a reasonable price!

I was locked out of my home and called several companies that were not available or couldn't give me any pricing. I called epsteins and they gave me a price and actually had had someone dispatched and ready to be at my home in 20 minutes. I ended up getting in but I needed to say I was very happy with them considering I called at least 5 other companies and these guys were the best. I will definitely keep there number!

I had an emergency and needd my key programmed. I didn’t catch the guys name but he did not take no more than 10 minutes. Real life savor. I usually don’t make review but this guy was so fast and professional i couldn’t believe it and the price was wayyy less than what i was quoted at other places i would recommend them !
