Danny did a terrific job adjusting the effectiveness of all three of our home's locks and strike plate holes. He is pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about his line of work.
Bonus: he thoroughly vacuumed up the detritus (metal shavings) so they wouldn't hurt our cats' feet!

Danny from Alpine Lock and Key arrived on time and was informed on the re-keying work we had requested. On our new house, he noted that some of the deadbolts were upside down, which I didn't even notice. He fixed those, no charge. Danny was quick & efficient, and he had a very pleasant way about doing his work. If I ever have any future key or lock needs, I will definitely use Alpine again. Would recommend to others as well.

Don did a great job, taking the time to fix a door lock that hadn't been installed correctly. He removed two screws that had been glued into my front door lock and found a door guard the correct size for a nonstandard configuration that required drilling a larger hole for it and repairing damage. He also fixed the door knob, which had been installed upside down by a handyman. I've used Alpine Lock and Key various times and they are the best! Photos show before and after.
