I had an issue when my car key broke, and this place was such a lifesaver! They helped me out quickly and made the whole process of getting a replacement key super easy. Locked out of our high security van. They showed up in 12 min, and had us back in business with in minutes. They had extra steps to go through to unlock it, but they gave us tips to save us trouble and money in the long run. Reasonably priced, a little higher than their standard unlock cost due to the high security locks. I hope I don’t need their mobile service again, but if I do, they are my first call! We will be going to the shop to get a second key cut today!

I called multiple times in the days prior to visiting the store to confirm that the items I needed would be genuine OEM parts (a non-chip key with the manufacturer's logo on the key, Hyundai to be specific, and a 4-button key fob that also has the manufacturer's logo). Every time I called I was told that the key and fob were in fact genuine OEM and not aftermarket. I was crystal clear in asking, and so was the answer each time. I was quoted $6 for the key and $85 for the fob including cutting/programming. They did quote me the correct prices (which I'm pleased with considering it was far cheaper than the dealers), and the key fob was indeed genuine OEM, but the key itself was not. A little irritated that they confirmed three times the key was OEM when it clearly wasn't. I know most people just want the cheapest thing that works, but OEM was important to me and they let me down. Aside from that crucial detail to me, they did well and I would recommend them. But if you're like me and want genuine replacements, just be prepared to ask to see the key or fob before they cut/program it.
