Two agents came out, explained the different options I had, and the pricing. They were able to get the job done within the hour- with 4 locks being replaced with new keys. We needed the three point latch system on our Andersen french doors replaced. They came out and replaced the broken latches. After fixing the latches, they volunteered to adjust the hinges on the door for a better smoother fit when closed.

They fixed both sets of doors in about half an hour. The mechanical closing action for both the latch and lock is smooth and easy. They do very nice work.
