Tyler was the best! Hands down! Made it to my location in about 15 mins, was very professional - courteous - knowledgeable- and respectful! He got the job done and I was thrilled! I definitely recommend this company! If needed, I’ll certainly be using this company for ALL my lock and key needs!

Tyler from Ben's Lock & Key did a great job! He was thorough, systematic, well-organized, informative, quick to answer questions, professional and polite -- a perfect "face" for Ben's Lock and Key. I was surprised at the speed of the whole process. Within minutes of submitting the request to replace three door lock assemblies, I got a text with a link. Tyler showed up in just over an hour. He carefully explained our options as to lock and knob colors and choices, and then replaced the existing ones in under a half hour. We wanted 8 keys which he produced from a quick visit to his truck! The last time I dealt with a locksmith I was not happy with the result. It was shoddy. Ben's Lock and Key not only replaced the shoddy piece, but two others as well. I've attached a before and after picture of one of the assemblies that Tyler replaced.

The technician who handled my key duplication was named Jacob. His service was highly satisfactory. He arrived punctually, demonstrated professionalism, and completed the task efficiently within five to ten minutes. The pricing was reasonable. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would consider returning to this company in the future. I recommend this business to others.
