Highly Recommended! My aunt was locked out of her condo. I called Pro-Tech and they sent a technician out to to her place very quickly, faster than the time they originally gave. Amit was the best; very friendly and professional! He removed the old lock, replaced it, and completed the service nicely. My aunt was very pleased. The price was reasonable, too :).
Our savior for the day! We lost the keys to our business locks and we could not open our store on time. We had a wonderful experience with Nate our Locksmith. He was early, let me know when he was on his way. He had no problem working with my son in the pouring rain. Took him step by step through the process of programming his key fob and made sure his battery was back connected(my son disconnected it because his keys were stolen out of his car the night before).
We will definitely be using this service again for the customer service and for the reasonable pricing that came with it. 1/3 of what it would have cost me to take it to our dealer. Thanks Nate!
