Ivan was absolutely wonderful. He came on time and ready to help. He was so knowledgeable about so many things! Quick, clean and the price for unlocking 2 locked doors and a new key entry for our front office door was fantastic. Definitely the best!
We were very satisfied with our service. We needed to get into one of our business vehicles with both sets of keys locked inside. They dealt with me remotely. One of the owners handled payment over the phone with me and texted us the receipt. They got to the vehicle quickly, checked the ID of our employee at the vehicle, got us in the vehicle quickly, and on our way. Very efficient. Very low stress, for what was a very stressful situation.
This place is exceptional, super friendly staff. I recently purchased a second Roadrunner RS5 Max scooter but the original owner lost the spare set of ignition and deck keys, if you know, the replacement cylinders and keys set from roadrunner are sold out and have been for months.
After visiting numerous other locksmiths who weren't able to make duplicates, this was the place to get the job done. My boy Ivan looked at the keys and chose the right blanks first try, that's an expert right there. Needless to say I got multiple copies of everything just in case. The price was a third less then all the other places I've visited.
If you need scooter keys, ebike keys and even car keys/fobs copied, this is the place to go. They can get key fobs done for 1/2 the price of the dealerships and additional 100 off with a AAA membership. No brainer to get it done here instead of the stealerships. Thank me later.
