Called four locksmiths to make a key for my 1970 Suburban tailgate, the other 3 said they couldn’t do it. Roadrunner said come in in I bet we can make a key. 20 min in the store and I had two keys for my suburban and 2 keys for my security door and was a great deal!
I've gone to this business twice. First, replacing the locks on a camper trailer. Second, copying the metal key on an aftermarket keyfob replacement. Both times, the individuals I dealt with were very professional and polite. Regarding the key copy, because I didn't purchase the key from them, I had to sign a waiver acknowledging that the copy might not work or during the cutting process the key may be damaged beyond use. Verbally, the gentlemen told me to come back if the key didn't work, and they'd do their best to get it to work. The key worked first time, no problems. Unlike other locksmiths that outright told me 'no' Roadrunner gave me options and did their best to make me a satisfied customer. I recommend them for your key and locking needs; may not be the lowest price, they're competitive, but things will be done right first time.
Omar and Steve went above and beyond to solve my challenging key duplication issue on an old vehicle the other day. They took the time to figure out the right solution and also saved me from having to make an expensive repair on my truck. I highly recommend roadrunner for all your locksmith needs.
