Village Locksmith

Got myself into a bind. Tried to replace a lost key fob with a third party product. Followed the instructions verbatim. Long story short ended up with no functioning key fobs. Called Village Locksmith and spoke with Beth. She said they would send someone out next day. No promises but that they would do their best. That's exactly what they did. Doug came to the house and in a short period of time had all the problems addressed. Doug was very friendly, courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the service overall and highly recommend them.

I have an older car that I purchased new in 1983. Complicated locking system. Key stuck in trunk lock. Parked in front and Nick came out. Asked questions. Solved problem. Removed key. Very professional. First class service. Five star plus.

First off... Beth, is amazing. I told her my issues and she help me troubleshoot. Once it was determined that I would not be able to fix the issue, she sent Nick to the house. He was very informative and helpful. . Unfortunately, there are other underlying issues with the car. Nick gave us some ideas on next steps, so we are pursuing them.Based of the customer service alone, I would not choose another locksmith
