I called Ballard Lock & Key after purchasing a home where the seller had lost their mail key. They were able to help me out super quickly and gave me a fair price. My locksmith Aaron did an incredible job. I would not hesitate to give them your business.
I was having trouble finding the right parts for my older door so I called Ballard Lock and Key … he immediately offered me advice of what lock to get on my own. When I got to Home Depot I called back and they helped answer my questions to choose the right fit. I already had someone else attempt to install so I asked if they would be able to come out the next day to install it which they did! It was installed very quickly. I really appreciated them trying to help me even if it wasn’t going to give them business initially. I highly recommend them!
Very friendly service with zero upselling, which I really appreciated. I came in because my car key wasn’t functioning correctly, and they quickly diagnosed it as the wrong battery. They replaced it on the spot at a very reasonable price—mostly just the cost of the battery. Straightforward, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend.
