I'd give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

I called Lockworks Unlimited and Serena led me through the process of having new key fobs made for my car. She was extremely professional and completed programming the key fobs that I bought with no issues. I had an experience in the past where a Mazda dealer told me the key fob I brought for them to program didn't work. They wanted to sell me their Mazda key fob from their service dept. The key worked just fine when I bought a device and programmed it myself. I would trust Lockworks over the Mazda dealer anytime!
