Wish I could give you all 10 stars! Thanks for making my wife and me feel safe in our new home with the keyless lock system. The security expert at Ernie's gave us a free estimate over the phone and was over at our house the very next day to work on our our new keyless lock system. They were fast, honest and gave us a great price. Super pleased and highly recommend.
I will be eternally grateful to this shop. We were about to depart on a 2,000 mile drive when we discovered we had lost the key to our roof box. Our 11 year old 120 pound dog occupied pretty much all of the cargo area in our station wagon so we were in desperate straits. Ernie actually had a Thule master key and managed to unlock the box and replace the tumblers in very short time. He saved us an enormous amount of stress and / or trauma. Highly recommended.

I contacted them on Sunday Afternoon through their website, expecting to hear from them on Monday. But they/Eric got back to me on Sunday. He answered a few questions and we set up an appointment for Thursday to change out my front door lock.
Eric was on time and sent a text giving me a 15 minute warning (which was appreciated so I had time to get pets secured).
He was polite when he got here, and had the lock switched out in about a half hour.
The cost was reasonable, and the job well done.
Very happy with the results/process, and would not hesitate to use them again.
