I lost the only key to my car, when my phone and purse we’re still in. Within a couple of hours each. H. Perron was there with a key that worked and the equipment to reprogram the chip. The cost was far less than the dealer would have charged, and we were very pleased with the customer service and speed at which the problem was resolved. Would definitely use them again!
I called for help with a lock in an emergency situation and they offered to send someone out quickly.
An alternative key worked and unfortunately I did not need locksmith service.
I called back and they graciously accepted to cancel the visit.
I will definitely not hesitate to use their locksmith services if I ever needed them again.
H. Perron Locksmith did a great job of cutting accurate backup copies of an obscure key type for my son’s new electric bike. I was unable to obtain backup keys for this key type from either the bike’s manufacturer or from other sources that I tried, so I really appreciate H. Perron’s expertise and excellent customer support in providing these copies. I’m glad I won’t need to send my son back to his campus in a different state with the only available copy of this key! Grateful that H. Perron still maintains a physical office at a time when many locksmiths have gone fully remote. They came out in 20-degree weather to free a key stuck in my Thule—above and beyond service. The team was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. Highly recommend!
