Excellent, Southern Hospitable customer service, in a world where customer service has essentially vanished. My community has used Decautur Lock and Key for years and while it's a drive to get out to their location, the service and old school craftsmanship is why we still use them.
Called about door repairs on a commercial property. I didn't have all the information. The woman I spoke to wasn't very friendly or helpful; she didn't offer to troubleshoot or educate me. I went to Downs instead, and they were much more accommodating and professional.
