Reliable and helpful. A pleasure to patronize. Nobody knows everything -- Phillips figured out and solved my motorcycle key problem and made me factory new keys when nobody else even had a clue. Their competitor did better on finding a different sort of key, but they tried to be as helpful as possible.
Can't praise the the company's responsiveness or Greg's expertise enough. He drilled out an aged and very resistant file cabinet lock and replaced it with a new lock. The cost was very reasonable.
