I needed my daughter’s home to be unlocked. I called, set up time for us to meet up to open door. I ended up not needing the service because spare key was located. However. Isaiah’s customer service was amazing, he was so nice, calming since I was upset. Prices are very reasonable. If I ever need a locksmith this will be my go to and will highly recommend them.
I have a classic European-imported BMW that needed a new key cut, but I was having difficulties finding a locksmith that would do it, and the dealership wouldn't due to it being European. Eventually I found Heritage, and the gentleman who helped me (I feel terrible as I didn't catch his name) was able to do it incredibly quickly and efficiently, without a single problem. The service was cheaper than I was quoted via email, and the man was incredibly knowledgeable about my era of BMW, and said he would even be able to reprogram the immobilizer if need be, which is something I thought not possible, again due to it being European (he actually was able to just open the key and swap over the correct transponder, which was faster, easier, and cheaper). Overall an incredibly pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend his/their services.
I appreciated the prompt and professional response when calling for service. I was given an estimate over the phone so I new ahead of time what the cost would be.
