I called ahead to see if they would copy a car key with a transponder, but I wasn’t sure if my key had one, since I have an older car. The person I talked to looked it up, and told me it was an option on my model. He was transparent about what it would cost either way, and when I went to the store to actually get the copy, they gave me a blank key to try in my car to ensure it worked. It did, and I got the copies I needed in five minutes or so. The staff are friendly, and seem to be committed to providing good service. Five stars, I have no complaints whatsoever.

I needed to have my front door lock repaired. SMLW ordered the parts and did the installation at my home. They were friendly and professional every step of the way. And the lock smith who did the repair, Chris, was fast, efficient, and friendly leaving my door working and looking like new. 5stars!

Chris Webber re-keyed my locks 5 to be exact. He knows his craft even fixing one of the doors so the lock fit properly into the door frame. He adjusted the wood carving it out.
