I did business with this company yesterday, and ironically... even though things didn't work out quite as planned, I am so glad that I chose this company. Rarely have I ever had the pleasure of having such a wonderful service experience as I did yesterday. I felt like I had stepped back in time... when businesses prided themselves on superior, impeccable customer service.. while providing an inviting atmosphere, as if you could be sitting at their table sharing a meal with them. This company espouses real, Christian values, and they are honest and fair.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. I stopped in to inquire about changing a type of lock for my house and they guided me through my best options for purchasing it. Service was scheduled and they showed up on time and did a great job. They made sure that my locks were correct and working before they left. The tech that did the install was very friendly. Prices were exactly what I was quoted from the beginning - but before the tech even started the work he made sure of the price and that I was good with it.
