I was very impressed with Johnson County Key Service! We hired them to replace a couple of locks and rekey the rest in our house and they did an excellent job. They were able to provide recommendations for the most efficient and best way to do things, and then provided quality work in a short time frame. I would definitely recommend them!
I hired this crew to install new doorknobs and deadbolts in May 2017. Everything worked great ... until we had epic rainfall later that summer, which caused the house to shift just enough to make one of the doorknobs fail to latch. Fast-forward to the arctic winter ... now the deadbolt wouldn't lock. I called to schedule a service appointment. The tech arrived on time, fixed both locks in about 10 minutes, and only charged me for a service call. He didn't try to scam me into buying new locks and knobs, or spend a bunch of time moving and reinstalling the locks. I literally trust these guys with the keys to my house!
