I previously left a 3 star review talking about the unfriendly service, but I went back and the same young man was working the front. Total 180 from before. He was friendly, helpful, and sparked some nice conversation. This is definitely my go-to again for key copies and locks. Support local business!
Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?
