I called to have someone come check my house's locks due to my key not wanting to turn in one, and another lock the key would just spin around but not unlock the door. The appt time was very quickly booked I didn't have to wait a long time. A gentleman showed up and checked and fixed all of them. Once he was done I asked for the new keys, he stated that this wasn't a rekey appointment. I didn't clarify with the rep on the phone that I wanted them all rekeyed with a new lock. As soon as I told him I wanted the locks rekeyed, without hesitation he rekeyed all of the doors I needed rekeyed in like 30 minutes. He was kind, very professional, and HE WAS ON TIME!!! I also went in to the establishment to get a certain type of key made, and the Lady working there that day was so amazing! I am so thankful, she was able to help me!!! If you need your locks done this place is top notch!!!!

Great experience from initial phone call to job completion. Kim and crew were wonderful to deal with. No hurdles to jump through, no hassles. Click a few photos of handles/locks you want replaced and they do the rest. Why do anywhere else?
