These guys are awesome! I tried to get another locksmith to rekey and program and new car fob but they ghosted me without notice. Then i hit up Metro-Keys and they got me in quick. I just rolled up to the show and within 15 mins I got a new fob for my car rekeyed and programed. And it was waaaay less than what everyone else wanted to charge. Will be coming back to these guys with another fob and rekey job!
Spoke to mark on the phone and he was very patient and answered all of my questions. Our college-aged son is driving a 2004 Honda Accord LX and the key fob was in very poor shape. The part of the key that goes into the ignition was dangling to give you an idea of how bad it was. We went to the shop and Mark was there to help us. What he quoted me over the phone was the same in person. We decide to get regular keys versus the key fobs since the key fobs didn't work anyway initially. The pricing was very reasonable and service was fast.
Had the best experience today. Called Metro about an issue.. they were extremely helpful and spent several minutes on phone with me which prevented them having to come out to house. That is rare these days. Highly recommend.
