Accidentally locked my key inside my car today and they came at a reasonable time to help me out! Not sure of the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was a friendly worker and gave excellent service! Very patient and knowledgeable! Thank you again!
I needed a new lock for my business and they made it happen so fast. Same day I called, same day they came and provided a new set. I am happy with the service that was provided.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Ventura Locksmiths Inc was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The response time was far slower than promised, and communication was practically nonexistent unless I kept chasing them down myself.
When someone finally showed up, the service felt rushed and careless, like they just wanted to get in and out without actually solving the problem properly. The pricing was another unpleasant surprise—what I was quoted upfront didn’t match what I ended up paying, and the explanation for the difference was vague at best.
To make matters worse, the overall experience left me feeling like my time and money weren’t respected at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional service. There are definitely better options out there.
