This place has been around for generations, and is one of the best. Super friendly and walk in ready. Star lock and key is really fair and a good-hearted locksmith store just off of airline near Sam's club. Especially like the original checks for the 47 cents from the 40s and the old school hardware and tools. But more than anything is the respectful and friendly service and that old world feel of a shop from bygone days.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Star Lock & Key Co. I ordered a blank key/remote for my son's car from Amazon thinking we would be able to program it ourself and just have the key cut by a locksmith. Unfortunately the info from Amazon was not correct, so we had Star Lock & Key Co cut and program the key for us. I contacted a few locksmith companies that all had 4.5+ star reviews, inquiring about price and availability. Not only was Star Lock & Key the most friendly and fast to respond, they also had the best price. They told me I could come in anytime between 8:00 a.m and 4:p.m. and someone would be able to help us. When we arrived around 11:30 a.m., we were immediately greeted by multiple members of their staff and waited less than a minute for someone to assist us. They were able to quickly cut and program the key in less than 30 minutes, and for the price they quoted me. We were thanked for our business by multiple members of their staff upon leaving. I had forgotten what true customer service was. You can tell this is a 4th generation family business that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Star Lock & Key Co. is a true gem. I went there on a hot day and the store was perfectly cool and comfortable inside, which made the experience even better. The shop is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for any kind of lock and key service.

The customer service was very friendly and the team was incredibly fast. What really stood out was the amazing harmony between the staff. They worked together so smoothly and efficiently, it created a really positive atmosphere.
