Jayson was very helpful and nice to work with and changed my low opinion of this business to four stars. Jayson replaced a door knob and rekeyed etc. It seems like a waist of time that with new management one must email with pictures of the front and back of each door with explicit instructions because my salesman DJ was resistant to even reading over the time consuming letter with me. DJ was less than professional and included items that were not necessary to complete the job. He had some extenuating grieving circumstances so he gets a pass this time. Just know, dealing with DJ was less than pleasant but Jayson was so nice and helpful that it helped me overlook DJ.
I dealt with their main office. I called told them that I needed two doors rekey and one door repaired a total of three doors. They come out and only rekeyed one door and fix one.Door after I call back and explain what happened. The lady said she'll call me back instead of calling me back and telling me, yes, there was a misunderstanding. We're gonna get right on that. And she began to tell me that the guy who came out. It had problems calling me which that was a lie. Every time he called me, I talked to him. I did have to leave the property because I have other washes. But yet this company failed to take care of a customer. After I asked for management, I still not heard from back from them. They did charge me for the service but failed to give me a receipt. Hope a service at this place. This place used to be my go to place for about 22 years now. Not anymore. I will also let my other fellow companions in the car wash industry.Know that michael's locks is not a good place anymore.Must be under new ownership or management. I only talk to someone in their office which was human resources. She ended up handling the situation herself and I was satisfied with the outcome. Although I never did receive a call from the manager.At least someone from the corporate office handled it.Thus I changed the review.
