Whitlow's was recommended to me by my mechanic for an ignition lock issue on my car. A friendly technician came out, took a look, and decided I only needed some specialized lubricant. He explained everything to me, sprayed it in for me, and told me where I could buy it if I needed more. He also explained that if necessary, they could change the tumblers for a fair price.
I appreciate Whitlows having someone available to replace locks to side door garage since I misplaced keys. I appreciate the gentleman coming 2 days earlier than booked appointment. And he was able to duplicate keys to garage to match house which is convenience More
You did an extra key for my Nissan Altima. Took about 20 minutes for my Nissan to get a new key fab. I did have to wait almost a week for the key to be ordered. Okay we're friendly and professional and got the job done. For those wondering how much is a new key fob would cost for a 2014 Nissan... Cost was about $230. I would like to go back to the old style key days where you just get to take it in that day and get as many keys as you want for a few bucks... I'm done reminiscing. Thanks Whitlow's
