Great service: fast, fair, friendly. I brought in some random key fobs for a Fiat 500e (not exactly the most common car on the road) -- like some crazy person -- and they did their best to get those cut and programmed for me. When it turned-out those could not be reprogrammed (my fault), they actually had some fobs for the vehicle, in the store, and took the time to cut and program those, at a reasonable price. Not only did they do the work, quickly, they took the time to explain everything -- how the programming works, why the fobs I brought in couldn't be reprogrammed to the car, etc. Old-school service and friendliness.

I'm so impressed with this shop. The prices are insanely good and Jay and Max are both friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They both worked with me far longer than they needed to when I was trying to get a new key programmed for a recently purchased used Prius (I'd mistakenly purchased the wrong fob the first time around). Jay even discovered that there were 3 unaccounted for fobs floating around somewhere . . . and deleted them from the car's system :-) Very strongly recommended.

Well deserving of their 4.9 star rating. I had a unique situation involving 3 keys to my 100 series Land Cruiser that all worked in different ways, but none worked in all the ways. Max was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to solve all the issues and get me back on the road with three identical properly functioning keys at a price that was more than reasonable.While I was there I observed another employee help multiple customers in the same calm and friendly manner that I enjoyed. This is a fantastic business.
