I had a locked safe with a keypad that was no longer working. My husband and I were about to leave the country on a trip and our passports were locked in the safe! Went by Heights to see if they could help. Marc and Michael were amazing. They gave me another keypad that fixed the issue. I was not charged for the part or the extra battery they were nice enough to send home with me. Talk about going above and beyond! If you need keys, have lock issues, or questions about a safe, this is where you need to go! They have been around forever and really care about taking care of their customers.
