Good experience. Was fast, affordable. Helped me with my Toyota Camry 23. I did bring in my own car key from online. Just make sure your model is the same as the key.
Very poor customer service and mediocre quality.
I called in, asking if I could have them cut and program a key fob for my make and model of car if I ordered one in. I was told yes, that it wouldn't be a problem.
After getting my key and bringing it in, the tune changed suddenly - Once I was in the store I was told that they've had a lot of problems with my make and model, and that it was very likely it wouldn't work. If they cut my key and it didn't work, I would still have to pay them and they would not replace the key.
I understand that they can't do anything if a third party product is defective, and wouldn't have blamed them, had I not called in advance to confirm that I could bring in the exact third party product they were now telling me might not work.
I ended up taking the chance and had them cut the key. It works, but has to be jiggled and turned at just the right spot to work; A problem I've never had with the key they were copying from.
Came in last minute this past Friday, I brought them my broken 2011 Honda Odyssey key fab and new case shell keys I had ordered myself on Amazon. They had the new key cut in a few minutes, they also helped me switch over my transmitter and new buttons!! These guys are great, quick, fast, and friendly staff, highly recommended and A+ overall service for sure!!!
A to Z is my go-to locksmith. They are always easy to get a hold of, friendly, and have great prices. I've used them at least a dozen times now for home rekeying. I highly recommend the folks over at A to Z for all of your locksmith needs, they're the best!
They programmed a key fob a lot cheaper then anyone in kansas city i talked too. Most wanted 80 to 100 bucks. He did it for 45 and it works great.
