In my experience, Dave and his team have always been knowledgeable, professional and on top of their game. I’ve relied on Dave’s for many years for rekeying and lock repair services at my personal home as well as several rental properties. But today I needed a replacement key fob programmed for my car, and Dave handled everything quickly and had me back on the road in almost no time. Don’t waste your time w/other locksmiths! This is a great locally owned shop with excellent service. I needed some expertise to install an new door lock and make sure it fit properly since the old lock sometimes stuck in the door jamb. When I explained my situation over the phone they offered to just fix the jamb, and said I probably didn't even need a new lock. What other company would do that? Offer to do fewer services instead of upsell you? I did still want my new smart lock installed, so we scheduled an install. The technician quickly replaced the lock and spent at least 10 minutes working on the door jamb to make sure the deadbolt fit the jamb properly. I am so grateful for the service from this locksmith. I will use their services again and recommend them to everyone.
