Dependable Lock Service

Just moved to New Hampshire from Texas and the combination to one of my guns safes was lost in the move. Bill, and I believe his name was Doug (don't quote me I could be wrong, I am horrible with names) were absolutely fantastic! They were able to get me scheduled to get my gun safe opened and operational again extremely fast! The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and downright kindness were amazing! Could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks Bill and team!

I was having an issue with the keypad on my safe. Doug came out within a couple days of contact. He was very neat and professional. Within minutes the safe was opened. He replaced the keypad. I reprogrammed the combination and tried it several times to make sure. I couldn't be happier with their service and the people. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way.

My mom had a really great experience here today! She came in with a car key situation that was a bit complicated—she had tried to program it herself using online tutorials, but it turns out she hadn’t done it correctly and was having issues. The technician here was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honestly just a kind person. He took the time to explain what was actually wrong, fixed the problem for her quickly, and went above and beyond on the price to help her out.
