These guys did an amazing job of keying a knob and dead bolt for me. Then when my wife didn’t like the color he swapped and keyed a new set for me. These guys went so far above and beyond to take care of a customer that had never walked through the door before ever. Brandon took the time to show me how it worked and tips on the installation. I will call them again and recommend them for anything lock, key, or safe, related. Customer service was lights out top notch.

My car key broke off my fob. I called J&J and they quoted me $130 plus tax for a new one. Bettendorf N&S quoted me $240 plus tax. Dealership was $200. I went into J&J with my broken key and the young man said he could actually just put all the junk in a new shell, resulting in $85 plus tax. Key works great. Definitely recommend.

I just accidentally locked myself, my toddler and my dog out of my house and had to call J and J. Within 30 minutes Brandon arrived and was able to open my door.
Despite totally deserving the $130, he didn’t charge me at all. Hopefully I never need to use them again, but they’d be my first choice if I do!
