G Force Lock & Safe

5 days now Nissan dealership to get my key delivered they wanted 360 for key, 125 to program key and i had to tow car to them a hour away, and were so rude to me my husband called and talked to management G force how ever was so nice couple hundred cheaper they came to me. And i didn't have to wait i called yesterday evening and not only came and had it fix and was done by 10 am and would have been here sooner they had to wait on me. The gentleman that came was very kind respectful and professional. Hopefully I don't lose my keys but trust i would only go with G force for any locksmith issues i would ever need.

I called G force to open a residential lock. The person who came to open the door was professional and effecient. The man who answered the phone however, was abrasive, condescending, and just unnecessarily rude. He insisted I had to text him a photo of my driver's license in order to get help. When I asked if I could just show the technician when he arrived, for security reasons, he implied I must be trying to break into someone else's home. It is a huge security risk to text photos of your ID, but I needed help. Once I was able to get inside and charge my phone battery, I was able to look up and call some other lock smiths in the area. No one else does this. They just look at your ID or a utility bill or get your landlord to vouch for you when they get there. There is no reason for him to need a photo copy of my ID. Although the young man who opened my door was great, I will not do business here again and would not recommend anyone else do business here either. Very suspect--huge red flag!

Don't hesitate to call G Force, they answered the phone after hours on a Friday nite, and arrived at my home within 20 min, 10 minuets later my door was unlocked. Reliable, friendly life saver during a stressful moment! Thank you for your service :)
