Got locked out right before noon and called around frantic. These guys quoted me upfront on the phone which was clutch, and the tech showed up in maybe 20 minutes. Had me back inside so so quick and didn't try to upsell me on anything crazy 😊 I'm not giving 5 stars is that their phone line was a bit busy at first and it took a couple of tries to grt through.
I'm going to begin by saying Abraham is the absolute MAN! I have a 2013 Chevy Impala that needed a new key made from scratch. Five stars. I had an outstanding experience with ProKeys Locksmith, especially technician Abraham. After my Mercedes-Benz keys were stolen during a carjacking, he met me at the Philadelphia Police impound lot between 3 and4 PM during a 95 degree plus heat wave. Despite the extreme heat, he stayed focused, professional, and made sure both keys were programmed perfectly before he left.
Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn’t charge me anything extra. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication were outstanding.
In my opinion, Abraham is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I’d easily see him leading a whole department & mentoring other technicians under vision. Highly recommend ProKeys Locksmith, and if you’re lucky enough to get Abraham, you’re in great hands.
