Our company Earnest Homes met Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe at one of the NARPM meetings. I have a special lock and called 3 locksmith but nobody can figure out how to replaced them! The tech Leo figured out within minutes and came back with special made lock within a week. I highly recommend them if you have one of those high security lock!
Fast, honest, and professional! I recently had an emergency lockout on a Sunday afternoon and called Sherman Oaks Lock and Safe in a total panic. They picked up right away, quoted a clear upfront price (no hidden surprises!), and had a technician at my house in under 30 minutes!
The tech was efficient, friendly, and got me back inside without any damage. To top it off, they have a physical store, so I stopped by on Monday when they were open to make several copies of my house keys, hopefully, that prevents any future lockouts lol.
Highly recommend Sherman Oaks Lock and Safe for anyone needing reliable locksmith help, emergency or otherwise. They saved the day for me!
Andrew swiftly and attentively fixed my jammed bicycle u-lock. He ultimately saved me from the expense of buying a replacement AND the even greater expense of cutting it off my bike. The service was greatly appreciated!
