Responded immediately to a broken lock. He had to special order and first one received was bad from supplier so he had to reorder. He made 3 trips to my home. Very patient. Great communicator. Price reasonable. Highly recommend.
I recently used Golden Locksmith, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ory did a fantastic job at our house and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure the job was completed perfectly.
What really stood out was his knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction. He answered all of our questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made us feel confident that everything was done correctly and securely. It’s not often that you find someone who combines great technical skills with such excellent customer service.
I highly recommend Golden Locksmith and especially Ory to anyone in need of locksmith services. Reliable, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Ory, for doing such an outstanding job at our home!
Called Golden Locksmith for an estimate regarding additional/practical door lock options. Ory arrived as scheduled and presented the options I was looking for. The work was completed on the main entry and garage doors providing additional security. His work, knowledge, suggestions and re-keying the locks was a great plan of action. I'm very satisfied with the completed project. Will call Golden Locksmith in the future when needed and request Ory as well. He was informative, professional and knew exactly how to install all the hardware for maximum effectiveness. Thanks Ory!
