I highly recommend this establishment. I spoke with Matt, who was very professional and helped us in a timely manner. Our crew lost a key to a work van while on a jobsite in Durham and realized it was lost until it was time to go, at 10pm on Good Friday.
They quoted us a reasonable price, considering it was a holiday, a weekend night, and so late. He asked for our information: license and registration info. We were out of town but our crew was on site. He gave us no trouble at all as long as we had the required info, which we did. He was out there in like 45 mins and was done in 10 mins. No run-arounds. If you need a locksmith, look no further!

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous: I needed a second keyless entry key fob for my push-start car, they had the exact Ford fob, calibrated it in 15 minutes and I was out the door for 50% less than dealer cost. Highly recommended.

Came in today with a "lost my keys" problem that another company couldn't fix, but A-1 took my situation on immediately and in 10 minutes I walked away with 2 HD truck keys, at a fraction of the price the other company asked for. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Would recommend to anyone, they are the pro's!!!
