Had a great experience at A1 Locksmith last week thanks to the knowledgable and helpful staff! Michael went above and beyond to find a solution for my needs and Sam was also so kind and friendly! Very grateful for their stellar service and exceptional ability to solve problems.
I had a problem with my trunk. It was literally fixed in a flash. I was given a couple of options. The first suggestion made by the manager was absolutely the correct one. Also it only cost me about 1/4 of the cost other locksmiths were quoting me. I believe the manager sensed I was in a jam (I WAS) and needed help so he took excellent care of me. I would come back to this place anytime I need help again. Highly recommend! 👍👍
Horrible. Don't be fooled by the "Christian" tag nor the $24 service fee. We simply needed someone to come out and fix a lock that had broken in our home. We' weren't locked out or anything...just needed a broken lock fix. We knew there would be an additional charge for labor and parts but we still expected to see $24 on our bill for the service fee...not the shocking $75 that we were charged. Overall bill...$190 to replace a door knob. The 15 minutes is also a joke. They told us the technician would be out sometime between 1 and 5. Since this wasn't an emergency situation I was ok with that. I was not ok with the technician showing up at 5:30 without a courtesy call to let us know he would be later than expected nor a simple apology for the lateness.
When we called to question the bill and complain about the lateness of the technician and our overall dissatisfaction we were told there was nothing they could do.
Well, here's what I can do. Post this bad review on every possible place I can find online. Thank's for nothing A-1.
I've been to this locksmith about 10 times over 12 years. They are always kind, quick, helpful, and honest.
Today, I listened to one of locksmiths there give locations to a customer on the phone. This gentleman not only told the customer locations near them, he also gave them directions and current traffic with drive times.
Who does that depth of customer service? These guys, that's who.
You cannot go wrong coming here to A-1 Locksmith in North Dallas off of Walnut Hill.

One of the nicest groups of locksmiths I've ever worked with. Our company uses them for locks on service vehicles. I had A replacement key fob made and couldn't be happier. Amazed the amount of safe that is in this building. So if you're looking for a safe, come here first.
Highly recommend!! Was told to come here for a more affordable car key fob and so glad I did. Sam was super kind and helpful in getting my fob programmed and I was in and out in no time. They had some really cool looking safes as well. Thank you so much for all of your help!
