I needed to gain access to my son’s gun safe, I was looking for paperwork I thought may be stored inside. They were able to help me out the same day I called. What they thought would be a simple and easy job turned out to be much more difficult. They probably spent two or three times as long working on it as they were expecting to. After all was said and done, they asked me if $20 seemed fair. I was blown away as I thought it would be five times that. Super nice people, everyone in the shop was very friendly and professional..
And at the end they found out the reason I needed to get into the safe was because our son had passed in a traffic accident- they didn’t want to accept payment. I insisted and just left the money on a shelf.
If you ever need another locksmith, I would highly recommend them.
