Every business evolves over the years, and we are no different. Our doors were first opened in 1930 by W.B. Elliott in what is now used by the Winston-Salem, North Carolina police department. Back in the old days, we were more than just a locksmith. We worked on all sorts of things, including guns, bikes, and just about anything else that our customers would bring in.

My keys were locked in my car.
MR. REUBEN came out within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly got me back into my car, and he even removed a key from one of my car doors, which had been broken off and stuck in the door for several years.
He was quick, kind and handled everything well. The lady who took my call was very kind to me as well.
I highly recommend this locksmith company.
This is the only place that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to program push start key fobs. I just want an extra fob and so I can drive it to them. There are a lot of mobile only services but they cost a lot, of course. The staff were also very kind on the phone. Thank you!
Excellent customer care and experience. Not only did it take minutes to copy all of my keys, I also brought in and old parking meter. I needed one of the locks replaced, which they did in no time at all. Then as an added bonus they made a key for a different lock on the meter and didn't even charge me for it. They just did it since they knew I didn't have a key. The employee also better helped me understand lock picking and even gave me some free locks to practice with. For being a brand new customer, they treated me like family and that means a lot
These guys are quick at what they do. I had 5 doors that needed keys and they were done in 30 minutes. They were very professional. The price was super cheap compared to the other locksmiths I called. They charged me $130 and the other locksmiths were going to charge me $400. Major difference there... don't know what the difference was. I am very grateful to this company for me saving this much money.
I had them program my car key fob I bought else where. I did sign a waiver that said they did not guarantee it to work. I understand that. The key fob worked perfect. But the fob has a unused tailgate button so the disabled the tailgate. The problem is they deactivate the touch unlock on the tailgate. I returned to get them to reactivate the lock and was met with a rude unfriendly female (the one that did the programing). Said nothing they did would cause the sudden related problem.
I took it to the dealer under warrantee and they reset the program and the problem was solved.
My problem with Elliott is, why did they make absolutely no effort to solve the problem they created.
