ABC Lock & Key of El Paso

We had an emergency at home in which our front door was stuck and the knob would not turn. Not knowing what to do, we figured we'd call a locksmith for help and luckily I stumbled upon ABC Lock and Key. I called and they were able to schedule a house call for the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and had our door working in no time. We are so happy with their services and will definitely be recommending them.

Was able to get a key cut for my 2009 Triumph motorcycle here, super quick, and a good price. Thank you.

I can't leave a second review, or give them another 5 stars, but wanted to add that they were made a copy of my 2016 Nissan Frontier key quickly and effectively, and gave me a spare un-chipped key that I can use in an emergency to unlock my truck. The Nissan dealers in the area quoted me $195 JUST for the programming, which didn't include the key itself. ABC charged $65 after taxes. I'll continue to use them if I ever need new keys.

I came here to purchase a simple cabinet lock with a key, but they did not have it available and one of the young ladies that took care of me advised me to go to Lowe’s to see if I could find it there which I did, and I TRULY appreciate their honesty. The young lady told me that if I could not find it there, to return to their business and she would have one of her locksmiths help me find a place where to purchase a replacement. Many times, you do not have to purchase something from a business, but their expertise, honest guidance, outstanding customer service and professionalism is what makes a customer; return and stay loyal to that business. Thank You and that young lady is definitely a “keeper” (I apologize for not remembering her name).

My cars key broke off the key fob and I couldn’t turn on my car. I was stressed with the possible dealership cost of $400-500 but I found my exact cars key fob on Amazon for $16 with overnight shipping, then my car insurance covered a tow to the these guys and they were so helpful and kind! It was $85 for them to cut and program it and they did it so fast. I’m so so grateful!
